Most sports platforms sit between the club and its own money, and between the club and its own families. We don't.

Your payments

  • Card payments go straight into the club's own Stripe account, at Stripe's plain rate. We never hold the money.
  • No fee on your families. The registration fee is the registration fee; we add nothing per child.
  • Refund from the registration page or from Stripe; either way it's your account, your ledger.
  • Cash and check count too: recorded by your admin, shown beside card payments, with a name on every entry.

Your data

  • One record per family, carried season to season. Nobody re-types their kids every fall.
  • Export your roster any time, every parent, email and phone included. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
  • No ads, nothing sold, nothing tracked on the pages your families use. We never store a card number.
  • An audit trail: who recorded the cash, who approved the refund, who sent the announcement, when.

    Connect the club's own Stripe account, add your logo, and open a registration with your grades, fee and questions.

    Families register and pay at mysports.io/your-club. Money goes straight to the club; you get the roster, refunds and cash tracking.
